Come join alumni, friends and EIU faculty and staff for a fun-filled weekend back on campus for . Whether it's coming out for free food and giveaways at tent city, or watching the parade or football game, it will be a great weekend in Charleston.

Friday, Oct. 6

•  - Class of 1973, 4 p.m. — MLK Jr. Union
• Block Party Pep Rally, 7-10 p.m. O'Brien Stadium parking lot

Saturday, Oct. 7

• Homecoming , 9:30 a.m. — 6th Street-7th Street
• Homecoming Tailgate and Alumni Tent City, 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. — O'Brien Field Tailgate Area. Enjoy free food, giveaways and more. Each college will have its own tent with the dean, faculty and staff present.
• Homecoming  Game, 2 p.m. — O'Brien Field. Watch the Panthers take on Tennessee-Martin.
• , 6 p.m. — MLK Jr. Union - Grand Ballroom

Shirts are available in blue, black or gray and feature the 2023 “Panthers Royale” Homecoming design.

Order or in person from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Student Activity Center (Room 2070) of the Martin Luther King Jr. University Union.

Campus tours available during Homecoming

The will be hosting campus tours at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. during Homecoming week. They will have EIU cookies and gift bags for any alumni who stop by their office. Book your tour .
