Subject: New EIU Website
On Wednesday morning, Aug. 5, 2015, you will notice the EIU homepage has received a facelift! The new site will be more mobile friendly, meaning we are able to ensure the same user experience whether using a mobile device or a computer. The current statistics show over 25 percent of all site visits come via mobile devices.
In addition, you will notice a fresh, modern look with some minor modifications based on user feedback and research. Over the past six months, we have had several faculty, staff, current Â鶹´«Ã½ and prospective Â鶹´«Ã½ provide feedback on the design, as well as, participate in usability studies and providing valuable data to improve the final site.
Please take some time to give the new site a look. We are excited about it and think you will love it as much as we do.
